Our service operates on a monthly subscription basis. You have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us in writing. Please ensure that your cancellation request is submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month. We strive to make the subscription process as seamless as possible, offering you convenience and control over your service usage.
Late Payment Fees: A $50 late payment fee will be applied per month for overdue payments. Additionally, if multiple follow-ups are required to secure payment or address related issues, a $100 administrative fee will be assessed.

Any unauthorized use of such content and materials is prohibited.
You acknowledge that the Service contains proprietary and confidential information of TMSEZ, Inc. You agree not to disclose, reproduce, or use any proprietary or confidential information without prior written consent from us.

In no event shall TMSEZ, Inc., its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
